Vivid Blu

Vivid Blu is a 3 storey Design & Construction project consisting of 26 1&2 Bedroom studios and apartments over 3 floors, wonderfully-located on the boardwalk of the beautiful picturesque Mindarie Marina.

We will be showcasing a new mortarless concrete-filled steel reinforced concrete block for the entire structure – the first full structure of its kind in Western Australia.

This Design & Construction project has been designed to enable see all apartments within the complex to have sweeping unobstructed views to the marina and ocean, from any level.

Internal finishes include prefabricated Italian kitchen cabinetry, timber floors, air-conditioning, large-format tiling to bathrooms and balconies, and modern bathroom fixtures, fittings and accessories to name a few.

The carpark accessible from road level at Tacoma Lane consist of ample parking for all owners/tenants and includes for 7 carstackers.
