Managing Director
Jerry has led Pyramid since 1999 and remains actively involved across our projects, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
He oversees the company’s operations, including financial management, systems and project delivery, while maintaining direct involvement in key projects. His experience spans residential, retail, aged care, education and commercial developments.
Jerry plays a central role in maintaining consistency across the business, ensuring projects are well managed, decisions are considered, and delivery outcomes remain aligned to client expectations.

Anthony Chillino
Director
Anthony leads Pyramid’s business development and estimating functions, supporting project selection and early-stage planning. He brings over 20 years’ experience across retail, residential, education and government sectors.
With a background in project management, Anthony focuses on ensuring projects are appropriately scoped from the outset, with clear understanding of risk, cost and delivery requirements. He works closely with clients and consultants during early stages to position projects for efficient and controlled delivery.

Geoff Geary
Compliance Manager
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Geoff brings extensive hands-on knowledge to construction, compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements for the company’s commercial and industrial projects.
His career has been built on ensuring that construction works are delivered safely and in full compliance with applicable quality standards and the regulatory framework—not just in documentation.

Brad Stringer
Contracts Manager
Brad manages projects throughout construction, overseeing delivery, coordination and commercial control to ensure projects are delivered in line with program and contractual requirements.
As a registered building practitioner, with 20 years’ experience, Brad brings strong experience across apartment and education projects, with a particular focus on managing risk, coordinating trades and maintaining program certainty throughout delivery.
He plays a key role in driving project outcomes on site, ensuring clear communication, structured management and consistent performance across all stages of construction.
