Vetro Blu

Vetro Blu, Scarborough Beach is an architecturally striking mixed-use development featuring 3 carpark levels, 4 ground-floor commercial tenancies, and 84 short-stay and residential apartments across 7 levels. Designed with zinc, timber, and curved glass, the structure combines steel-reinforced concrete, precast panels, and lightweight systems.
 
As an ECI Contractor, Pyramid provided expert structural guidance, material selection, and cost management throughout the design and documentation phases. Late design changes—converting apartments to predominantly short-stay—were seamlessly coordinated without affecting completion, resulting in the Ramada Vetro Blu hotel.
