Velocity Mixed-Use Development, Cannington, offers stylish living with sweeping views adjacent to Cannington Village. Featuring 120 apartments (including 12 NDIS units), 5 commercial tenancies, and a 3-level podium carpark, the project required early-stage value engineering through consultative stakeholder processes to maintain budget.

 

During construction, Pyramid successfully integrated 12 NDIS apartments into the design, demonstrating adaptability and client responsiveness while delivering a comprehensive mixed-use community hub that is inclusive and accessible.
