Swan Christian College - Performing Arts Centre

Malli Mai Library and Performing Arts Centre at Swan Christian College is an $8 million, 3000m² state-of-the-art facility featuring a 350-seat professional theatre with advanced lighting and sound systems, complemented by a vibrant ground-floor library with motion-sensor lighting and diverse wall finishes creating distinct learning zones.

 

Built with precast concrete, face brickwork, and Tasmanian oak acoustic panelling, the project required careful noise management and campus access coordination during school operations and exam periods.
