Paradiso Apartments is a 51-unit luxury development on a 360-degree corner site overlooking the city, river, and Applecross waters. Featuring 1-3 bed apartments, basement parking with stackers, and ground-floor amenities (pool, lounge, gymnasium), the building showcases an iconic lace-like Eastern façade with stone and timber finishes.
As head contractor on this Design & Construct project, Pyramid engaged full design teams, obtained Development Approval, and refined documentation through value engineering to deliver on the client's budget.
