40 Luxury Retirement Living Apartments over 4 levels, including a basement, ranging in sizes from 1-3 bedrooms.
The building had a large structural efficient floorplate built using post-tensioned suspended concrete slabs and insitu sandwich panel wall systems.
Internal finishes are high quality, with frameless shower screens, solid timber flooring, and large kitchens with European appliances.
