Lake Gwelup Primary School

Construction and fit out of a new Administration block, three learning blocks, Library and covered assembly area. Most of the existing buildings have been demolished. New works also include the construction of two new car parks, hardcourts and modifications to the existing oval. The works are performed in three stages to minimise disruptions to the school, which will remain operational throughout the construction period.

 

Construction comprises in-situ concrete slabs, structural steel framing, and cavity-faced brickwork. Fitout includes various metalwork and carpentry items with a wide range of finishes. Windows and doors are powder-coated aluminium.
