Haynes Shopping Centre

The project comprises the construction of a new suburban shopping centre with a 3,800m2 supermarket leased to Coles; 1,890m2 of specialty shops; and a 700m2 arcade/mall entrance. The construction is predominantly of concrete tilt-up panels, structural steel roof framing and metal deck roofing.

 

External detailing includes horizontal Alucobond Cladding fins to feature towers and Reckli patterns cast into the wall panels. The project also includes 22,400 m2 of car parking, landscaping, and associated works. The fitout consists of the Coles supermarket and the landlord areas.
