CWA HQ

Construction of a four-level high-quality boutique office building for CWA senior management. Construction includes basement parking, ground floor reception/administration, first floor member’s lounge and amenity, second floor boardroom and meeting room. The design is of a concrete-reinforced structure with a steel frame and a metal-deck roof.

 

External walls are clad with precast concrete panels and a polycarbonate curtain walling with stainless steel/glazed balustrading. Internal fit-out includes extensive built-in furniture, decorative ceilings, and wall and floor finishes. Forward works include the demolition of existing offices, soil stabilisation of adjoining footings and shotcrete basement walls.
