This Design & Construction Project comprised 15. NDIS Apartments + 2-Carer’s Apartment over 4 levels offer future SDA participants a high-quality, beautifully appointed apartment with large living areas and accessible balconies, whilst maintaining the look & feel of a standard non-SDA apartment.

A Carer’s suite is located on the Ground Floor, visible to the main entry foyer, and also located on the upper floor adjacent to the large outdoor terrace area for the use of the occupants.
