Brighton Village Shopping Centre 

The project comprises the construction of a new suburban shopping centre containing a 3,300m2 supermarket leased to Coles; 1,950m2 of specialty shops, and a 500m2 medical centre. The construction is predominantly of concrete tilt-up panels, structural steel roof framing and metal deck roofing. One part of the entry elevation features architecturally designed concrete panels with hand-rubbed, finished detailing.

 

The project also includes 9,900 m2 of car parking, landscaping and associated works, and extensive building services, including on-site stormwater retention systems. The fitout consists of the Coles supermarket and the landlord areas.

The joint development partners include the Department of Housing & Works, the State Housing Commission, Butler Land Co. Pty. Ltd, and Satterley Property Group Pty. Ltd. Satterley Property Group is also project-managing the project on behalf of Ocean Springs Pty. Ltd.
