Construction of a four-level short-stay serviced unit development comprising thirty-one-bedroom units and one commercial office. The site is located close to Fremantle’s “cappuccino” strip. Construction includes “sandwich-panel” wall systems, internal brick partitions, commercial windows/doors and metal deck roof.

 

Site access is very restricted, with the front of the property adjoining a right-of-way that must be maintained during the construction period. Pyramid was invited to price this project exclusively, and a building contract has been negotiated.
