Murdoch IIID

Construction of a 5,500m2 four-level institute building comprising offices, consulting rooms, laboratories, chemical and cell culture rooms, cold and cool rooms. The building is a concrete-framed structure with load-bearing block walls and steel roof framing covered with metal deck roofing.

 

The building is clad externally with precast concrete panels, glazed curtain walling, and Alpolic cladding. Building services are extensive and include specialised items such as laboratory gases, fume cupboards, BMS and a RO water system.
